Why can't I log in?
Check to make sure your username and password are correct. If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link to reset your password. If you do not see the password reset email, it may be in your junk/spam or may be held up behind a firewall. Need additional help? Use the NOW chat or call 770-447-0616 M-F, 9-5 E

Where do I find the Schedule with Session Titles and Times?
A schedule with the titles, date and time is provided at the top of the screen and is also available on the dashboard. Login to your account to use the hyperlink title to easily join any of the sessions.

Where do I go to join the livestream?
Log into your account using your email and the password: playback (all lowercase). On the dashboard, select the Join Virtual Room for the session(s) you wish to stream.

How do I submit for credits?
The Resource Link in the live room will provide links to the session’s (quiz, evaluation, survey).

Can I change my profile information?
Yes, at any time you may change or update any information in your profile by clicking on your name at the top right corner of any page to access your account settings.

Will program handouts be included?
Available presenter materials are located in the Resources link in the Live Room.

When will the On-Demand Recordings be available to stream?
The On-Demand recordings will be available within 24-48 hours after the end of the conference.

How do I know which sessions will be available as an On-Demand recording?
All livestream sessions are recorded and made available as an On-Demand recording. Sessions in the Zoom rooms are not recorded and will not be available later.

How do I qualify for the On-Demand sessions?
Access for the virtual conference registrants will be available for 30 days following the end of the event.

Technical Requirements
Requirements & Supported Browsers
To watch a Livestream event, please ensure you have the following:
- System Requirements: Windows 7 or higher, Mac OS X 10.6 or higher
- Supported desktop browsers: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, Safari 8 or higher, Microsoft Edge, **Internet Explorer 11
- Supported mobile browsers: Chrome, Safari (iOS)
- Internet Connection: 5-10mbps download speed is recommended. Check your connection at www.speedtest.net. Bandwidth fluctuates constantly (especially on WiFi and mobile internet), so running 3 tests is recommended.
For the best experience when viewing a Livestream broadcast, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to view.
