Marc Zinsmeister

Mr. Zinsmeister serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Ullico Inc. In this capacity, he is responsible for a broad range of day-to-day operations of the company, from data center operations to facilities. He is involved in business planning and cultivating strategic partnerships for the organization. He has also been elected CISO for all Ullico Covered Entities that operate in New York state.
Mr. Zinsmeister has been at Ullico for 13 years. Prior to joining Ullico, Marc worked for Cleverex Systems for six years. His responsibilities included application development management with an offshore team, and managing application support with Head Start Agencies across the United States.
Mr. Zinsmeister is a graduate of Duke University with a B.A. in Computer Science.
He lives in Columbia, Maryland with his wife and children: Catherine and Nicholas.
